Return Process

  Log into your Tornado Store account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
